Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, US Shippers Manager

Responsibilities:

Receiving calls for loads (100 incoming calls)
Our system works in a way that does not depend on the state of the market, it does not affect our work. We influence the market.
Because we have direct shippers and we set the cost. daily from 220 to 430 downloads
Ability to independently work on the result, perform assigned tasks and take initiative to improve results
Ability to draw up the correct income schedule for the day, week, month.
Registration of orders, support of transactions, control of order execution and organization of their shipment.
Negotiating with clients and dealing with situations that don’t go according to plan.
Handle Driver Base: 3600 Trucks
Working conditions:
Monday Friday
12:00 — 21:00
13:00 — 22:00
14:00 — 23:00
